Introduction
Liveify is provided by SEED TALENT CONSULTING CORPORATION Liveify's mission is to provide people around the world with a private and safe place to be creative and energetic. We are building a platform where people can create and share, discover the world around them, and connect with others across the world. Our Community Guidelines establish a set of norms and a common code of conduct that provide a safe and welcoming space for everyone.At Liveify, we take the safety, privacy, and inclusiveness of our community very seriously. We welcome creators to share their interesting lives and activities on Liveify, making distance a thing of the past. We prioritize the safety and privacy of our users so that they can have their own space. We also believe in freedom and strive to make it easier for users to connect with each other.
Our Community Guidelines along with relevant portions of the Terms of Use (collectively, the "Guidelines") govern your relationship with and use of Liveify and are enforced by us, the admins.

Overarching Principles
All of the "Overarching Principles" listed below, as well as any additional principles included in the Guidelines, must be followed by you. Users who violate any of the Guidelines may be restricted, suspended, or otherwise banned at our sole discretion. Individuals can appeal if they believe that no violation has occurred.To begin with, Liveify welcomes young people and teenagers as users; we are committed to ensuring their safety on our app and take this responsibility very seriously. Our hope is that Liveify is defined by you. Meanwhile, the Liveify admins must reserve the right to revoke access or remove content for any reason, without notice, especially when it comes to the security and privacy of our users and others.
- No attacks on others. Liveify was focused on making user interaction simple and enjoyable. On our platform, we firmly prohibit harassment, bullying, identity-based assaults, racism, impersonation, threats, incitement to violence, and provocation of violence. Never plan, arrange, or organize servers around hate speech.
- No privacy invasions. You are not allowed to impersonate anybody else or post private, non-consensual, or sensitive information about others. In particular for minors, you may not encourage or threaten to divulge another person's private information. Furthermore, you are not allowed to post and threaten to disclose intimate or explicit sexual content without the subject's permission
- No unlawful or tortious behavior. You may not use Liveify to encourage or facilitate illegal, tortious, or forbidden acts or transactions, including but not limited to those involving controlled drugs or contraband. You may not publish anything that is unlawful, tortious, or violates any law or regulation. We forbid the direct or indirect solicitation, sale, or acquisition of any products or services that are not expressly permitted through the use of our service.
- No explicit or suggestive content involving minors. You are not allowed to publish or incite others to publish sexually explicit or provocative information concerning children.
- No spam, phishing, bots, or harmful software. You are not allowed to use Liveify or upload, distribute, facilitate, or utilize it in support of phishing scams, spam, malware, or other harmful programs.
- No malicious reports or comments. You are not allowed to engage in harmful reports or comments, as well as other purposefully disruptive behavior that detracts from other users' experiences.
- No sharing of graphic gore or animal abuse videos or photographs is permitted.
- No disseminating materials that glorify or incite self-harm or suicide, including any advice to others to cut themselves, or that support eating disorders such as anorexia or bulimia.
- Respect Liveify: You are prohibited from using self-bots or user-bots to access Liveify, selling your account or server, spamming Liveify, or sharing content that infringes on anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
Roles
Conversations in Liveify take place in live and private chats. In Liveify, your identity can switch freely between creator and viewer. Below are some of the best practices for each role.Creator
When you switch to creator status, you can set up your live stream and invite your followers to watch. As a creator, you can decide what to stream and choose the suitable way to interact with your audience. You have special rights in the live room, such as inviting or removing members, assigning moderators to help you manage the room, starting a live stream, etc.
As a creator, you must:
Manage your live room. Conversation in the live room should observe Liveify principles and rules. If there is any content that violates the principles or the rules, the creator should give a warning, or even remove the members.
Ensure your live viewers: Our community welcomes users of teens and young people. Please ensure that everyone, especially for young ages, in your live room feels comfortable and respected.
Creator decides who is in the live room and who can speak:
Accept or reject speakers: If you are in living, you decide who can speak. If you’d like to invite someone from the audience to speak, just tap on the profile photo of that user and select "Invite to Speak." If someone else requests to speak, you have the option to decline. There can be up to two speakers at the same time.
Mute or remove speakers: Group owners can also temporarily mute a speaker or move them back to the audience. To mute the speaker, tap on their profile photo to open the half-sheet, and then tap the mute button to the right of their profile photo. To move them down to the audience, tap on their profile photo to open the half-sheet, then tap "‘Move to Audience."
Moderator
If you are chosen to be a moderator, you should help the group owner manage the live room. Your special power depends on the choice of the creator. Maybe you could invite or remove members, or forbid someone’s speech.Viewer
As a viewer, you should relax and enjoy live. You must observe Liveify principles and rules. You should fill in your birthday truthfully and choose the live that suits you. You can report the viewer or the live when something violates the principles or the rules.You can delete the live room or unfollow the creator at any time. And you can block a user when you prefer not to interact with him or her.
Whether viewers can invite people into the live room depends on the choice of the creator.
Rules
You are solely responsible for your behavior while using our Services and may not breach the Guidelines, any relevant law, contract, intellectual property right, or other third-party rights. In particular, you will not:- Engage in any harassment, stalking, intimidation, threatening, or other such behavior;
- Discriminate against, act in a hateful manner toward, or threaten to injure any individual or group of individuals;
- Use or make an attempt to use another user's account without that user's and Liveify's consent;
- Create many or duplicate accounts by a single person, maliciously report or remark on others while posing as someone else or another entity;
- Post under someone else's name or on someone else's behalf, or otherwise misrepresent your association with someone or something;
- Sell, resell, or utilize our services for profit;
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display all or portions of our Services, except as expressly permitted by us or our licensors;
- Modify our Services, take down any signs or marks indicating property rights, or create any other works derived from our Services;
- Send, distribute, or post spam, unsolicited or bulk commercial electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
- Is defamatory, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invading private or publicity rights, abusive, or inflammatory;
- Contains or depicts discrimination and isolation;
- Contains or represents any comments, remarks, or assertions that do not accurately reflect your opinions and experiences;
- Impersonates or misrepresents your relationship to any person or entity;
- Contains any private or sensitive information about a third party without the authorization of such third party;
- Contains any unsolicited promotions, political campaigns, advertising, or solicitations
- May violate any party's patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or property rights;
- Contains child sexual assault, child sexual exploitation, or other inappropriate content for minors;
- Contrary to US law, and shall not breach community norms to create an orderly live broadcast environment;
- Use our Services for any purpose other than their intended purpose, or in any way that may interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or prohibit other users from fully enjoying our Services, or that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of our Services in any way;
- Reverse engineer any feature of our Services or do anything that might lead to the discovery of source code or bypass or circumvent any measures put in place to prohibit or limit access to any component of our Services;
- Utilize any data mining, robots, or other data collecting or extraction methods designed to scrape or obtain data from our Services;
- Develop or utilize any software that interacts with our services without first obtaining our explicit approval;
- Bypass or ignore instructions contained in our robots.txt file;
- Use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, or participate in, encourage, or publicize any behavior that is prohibited by these terms and/or the community guidelines.
- We define risky activities or other harmful behavior as actions carried out in a non-professional setting or without the required knowledge and safety safeguards that might result in significant harm or death to the user or the general public. We do not allow content that depicts, promotes, normalizes, or glorifies such behavior, including amateur stunts or dangerous challenges.
- Prohibited or induced transactions: Academic paper-writing and test-taking services; Adult goods and services; Alcohol; Animals and regulated species; Bulk marketing tools; Child endangerment or abuse, Copyright media and software; Counterfeit and unauthorized goods; Devices or techniques for unlocking technical protection measures; Drugs and drug paraphernalia; Financial or other regulated products, services, securities, and stored value; Fund solicitations; Gaming/gambling; Government IDs, documents, or uniforms; Hacking and cracking materials; Human parts; Illegal/Stolen goods; Illegal telecommunications equipment; Miracle cures; Multi-level marketing and wealth creation programs; Offensive content and activities; Offensive goods, crime; Precious materials; Prescription drugs and medical devices; Protected cultural items and artifacts; Pyrotechnic devices and hazardous materials; Regulated goods; Traffic devices; Travel packages and offers; Tobacco and cigarettes; Weapons; Wholesale currency.
Safety
If you violate the Liveify Guidelines or Rules, your live room may be banned and your account may be deleted.To report a violation for a user, a comment, or a live room:
- Go to the user's profile page, pick "Report" from the menu of horizontal dots in the upper right corner;
- Select a reason;
- Include a detailed description (optional but critical) and any necessary screenshots.
- If you report something, we won't reveal your name to the subject of the report;
- Please submit a report with attached evidence (screenshot, picture) or we can’t enforce it without them;
- All reports that are submitted will be reviewed and investigated. The need for any type of corrective or disciplinary action needed will be determined on a case-by-case basis;
- When responding to all reported occurrences, we strive to be impartial, reliable, and quick;
- If the violation directly targeted you, we will let you know specific details regarding the investigation and resolution (such as the investigation's current stage, any concerns that you could be in danger of immediate damage, and information on how the resolution might affect you);
- Reports of violations that are intentionally false are considered infractions of the Rules.
- If a report has been filed against you, we will review and investigate your case. We may keep some details private in order to protect the reporting user(s).
- After examining your case, if it is determined that you have broken the community rules, you will receive alerts in the app; otherwise, you won't.
- We will notify you of the result of the investigation and its potential impact on you.
- If you believe a report has been falsely filed against you or you would like to appeal a decision, please click "Appeal" and submit as much context (words, video, picture) as possible. If your case was appealed successfully, your account will be restored. If not, you can resubmit the second appeal, which would be the final review of your account.
- We will let you know the outcome of the inquiry and how it could affect you.
Before reporting infractions, kindly bear in mind that people's opinions can vary and that reporting doesn't guarantee a certain result, in our sole discretion, to determine whether to delete content or users.
Updating These Terms
Our services and policies may evolve over time, necessitating updates to these Terms to ensure they remain accurate. While we strive to inform you of any changes (for instance, through our Platform) and provide an opportunity for review before they take effect, please note that such notifications are not guaranteed unless required by law.Contact
