What is Liveify?
Liveify is a freelance services marketplace where you can hire top global talent or offer your own professional services. We connect buyers with skilled sellers across programming, design, marketing, video, and more.
How do I create an account?
Click "Join" in the top navigation bar, enter your email address, and follow the verification steps. Once verified, set your username and you're ready to go.
Is Liveify free to join?
Yes, creating an account on Liveify is completely free. Service fees apply only when you make a purchase or complete a sale.
For Buyers
How do I hire a freelancer?
Browse or search for the service you need, select a Gig that matches your requirements, review the seller's profile and reviews, then click "Order Now" to get started.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Your payment is held securely in escrow and is only released to the seller after you confirm the work has been delivered to your satisfaction.
What if I'm not satisfied with the delivery?
You can request a revision directly from your order page. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may submit a dispute and our support team will assist in finding a fair resolution.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available in cases where the seller fails to deliver, the delivered work materially differs from the Gig description, or both parties agree to cancel. Please see our Terms of Service for full details.
For Sellers
How do I become a seller?
Click "Become a Seller" in the navigation bar and complete the seller application. Once approved, you can create Gigs and start offering your services.
How do I get paid?
After an order is completed and approved by the buyer, your earnings are released and available for withdrawal. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
What fees does Liveify charge sellers?
Liveify charges a service fee on completed orders. The fee details are clearly shown in your seller dashboard and at the time of payout.
How can I improve my Gig visibility?
Use clear, descriptive titles and detailed descriptions. Include high-quality images. Respond quickly to buyer inquiries. Maintain high ratings by delivering excellent work on time.
Orders & Delivery
How do I communicate with my buyer/seller?
Use the built-in messaging system in your order page or the Messages section of the platform to communicate directly and securely.
What happens if a seller misses the delivery deadline?
If a seller misses the agreed delivery date, you are eligible to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Contact our support team if you need assistance.
